Meet Ben
Benjamin is a Developing Electrical Engineer here at Yova, building his experience across overhead lines, cables and substations as part of our high-voltage infrastructure team.
With a strong engineering foundation and a practical eye for detail, Benjamin supports our senior engineers across design, installation and project delivery.
His work includes preparing technical specifications, supporting design development, and contributing to risk assessments. Benjamin helps turn complex engineering requirements into work that can be delivered safely and effectively.

Finding better ways of doing things
Benjamin’s got a keen interest in finding better ways of doing things. He’s always looking for opportunities to make our systems better, for example by improving our processes or helping with automation. His aim is always to make things smarter, simpler, and more efficient.
Hands-on experience
Benjamin is proficient in Fusion 360 and Autodesk Inventor, and has hands-on experience with additive manufacturing. He has also authored work instructions and process documentation to ISO 9000 quality standards, administered Odoo ERP systems, and operated coordinate measuring machine (CMM) equipment for precision inspection and dimensional validation.
Focus and precision
Away from engineering, Benjamin has represented Ghana at the African Archery Championships. He brings the same focus and precision to his engineering work — with plenty of curiosity and a determination to keep improving.
